3D Printed DIY Spool Holder

3D Printed Filament Spool Holder

For this project, you’ll need:

  • Around 80g of PETG, printed at 0.2mm, 10% infill, and 2 shells
  • Around 50g of TPU, printed only with shells at 0.2mm
  • 6mmx100mm steel rod
  • 2 x 626 bearing (6x19x6mm)

The design is made so all parts can be printed without any support.

The PETG parts can be printed all at once with that specific parts placement:

Same for the TPU parts:

Here’s the final product!

Print your own spool holder and give it a spin!

Happy printing!
